I've went to Evan to hopefully get a few more years on the rugby field as my knees are starting to wear. Sitting at around 117-120kg before, Evan has helped me get to 106kg so far with a prospect of getting to 100kg. Giving me the knowledge and the programs to realise this. Can't praise him enough and is always ready to answer any queries I have. His dog is also the best and has got the best name.

I can hardly recognise the person in the first pictures. I’ve had a PT before and was never able to stick to the training or eating plan, but Evan has made is so easy. He planned my programme to fit me personally and my life, and I’m only ever in the gym for an hour at most. Tracking my calories and eating well consistently has been so simple. Evan is realistic with his approach and has helped me develop a healthy relationship with food. He is so encouraging and motivating as a trainer. I’ve had prosecco every weekend and been away for 3 weekends, eating and drinking whatever I’ve wanted and I’ve still had fantastic results. I could never have imagined I could look this way just through weight training, but Evan has helped me love the gym again. I couldn’t recommend him more. I've been training with Evan on and off for about 2/3 years now. He has a great ability of making training and nutrition super simple and is consistent in communication to ensure you are on track. Nothing is too much trouble and the workouts are fun and varied to keep it interesting. I've worked with other trainers in the past and I can honestly say that Evan is the best by far. Bonus: he has top bants.

I always wanted a PT as I didnt have a clue what to do at the gym, even looking at equipment and machines scared me. I spent most of my time at the gym doing classes, which were good but I didnt feel my strength or body had improved with it. I knew Evan for a few years before starting PT with him, purely from chatting to him at the gym or going to a few of his classes when he was taking them back in the day! He really is the most friendly, easy to talk to guy and from there I decided to start PT with him. He makes you feel so comfortable throughout every session and not only helped me to improve my fitness but built my confidence in going to the gym. I now find it so easy to go to the gym alone and follow the great plans that Evan tailors for my goals, which I thoroughly enjoy doing! PT sessions every week with Evan are brilliant, it doesnt feel like hard work exercise because he makes it so fun and enjoyable, genuinely feel like I'm at the gym with a good friend! He's always on time, on the ball and has everything planned in his head for that session. I always leave the gym feeling absolutely gubbed! Not only that but his communication outwith the gym is great, he's always keeping in touch and sending instant replies to any questions I have regarding gym and nutrition.
I would highly recommend PT with Evan! My only complaint is I cant afford to PT with him 7 days a week!

Having rejoined the gym but finding it quite daunting, a friend suggested that I speak to Evan for some encouragement and guidance.
Evan was very helpful and enthusiastic, he seemed to relish this challenge that he’d been presented with.
He designed a training programme specific to me and, included a taster P.T training session.
( I wasn’t convinced I’d want the training session, my past experience was pretty negative!)
How wrong can you be!
I was impressed, Evan was interested in how we could adapt this plan to help me achieve my goal and his enthusiasm was inspiring.
My main goal is to be fit and healthy now and, when I retire.
Through discussion Evan has used this information to produce a plan for my personal goal. It is challenging but, it is also realistic and achievable and, adaptable if necessary!
Evan is professional, enthusiastic, supportive and, has a good sense of humour .

I’ve been training with Evan for 8 months now. I had trained with a personal trainer before but had never been able to stick to anything they recommended as it wasn’t personally catered to me or my lifestyle. When I started training with Evan I was very sceptical that I would stick to it, but I can’t believe how simple and enjoyable the process has been. Evan has never made it feel like a ‘diet’ and each of my programmes have been really simple to follow. Everything has been planned to fit perfectly within my lifestyle. My workouts are designed to be challenging but enjoyable, and are never longer than an hour. I have learned to love lifting weights with the help of Evan educating me on how to use them correctly and how nutrition supports this. I no longer spend hours doing boring cardio and I still have balance within my diet, enjoying multiple holidays whilst still making great progress. I now train with him online and it’s been exactly what I’ve needed to keep me on track during lockdown. The workouts are varied and catered to fit the equipment I have in the house, remaining challenging and allowing me to keep making progress. He is so friendly and approachable, and really cares about each of his clients individually. The support has been amazing from day one and I can’t believe the difference in my body. I couldn’t have made such a positive lifestyle change with Evan and I can’t thank him enough!

Having gained a lot of weight and being of a certain age, I decided enough was enough and I joined the gym.
Being new to the whole gym scene I signed up with a PT which just happened to be Evan.
Wow did my life change, exercise, diet, everything basically, I can't thank him enough for keeping me motivated .

After trying to lose weight, build muscle and get fit for years myself I finally bit the bullet and contacted Evan to get me in shape.
We started with 2 PT sessions a week with another session on my own but programmed by the man himself, this along with nutrition guidance and calorie tracking I started noticing a difference straight away💪 any questions or issues I had I sent a quick message and I had the answers in no time at all!

I've still a long way to go to get where I want but having the accoutability of a weekly check-in with weight and measurements has given me the focus needed. The fact that my programmes can be adapted if something isnt working either while at PT or with a quick message has really helped me get to where I am!

In short working with Evan over the last 3 years has completely changed my life. Previously terrified of the gym and working out he has changed my mindset and attitude. Friendly and upbeat with attention to detail nothing is too much trouble for him. He makes training fun and exciting with plans tailored to your specific needs. I’ve been training with Evan for a couple of years and he has reignited my love of strength training. I’d lost a bit of confidence in the weights section, doubting my technique and second guessing what I was doing. Evan took things back to basics, reaffirmed techniques and got me motivated to go heavier again.
Evan’s ability to tailor sessions to the individual really came into its own when I injured my leg running. We had to modify a lot of sessions however they were still meaningful and I was able to make progress. I had a plan and a routine to follow and it ment I did not go completely crazy because I couldn’t run!

I love working with evan as my PT, he is always so encouraging and he never gives up on me! He helps me with my nutrition and meals, as well as motivation and specific exercises for me when I injure myself, (which is fairly often, but he is working on reducing this too!) He has even been running tough mudders with me to encourage me. He does what he says he will and more! He is 110% a good doggo!

I’ve been working with Evan for about 18 months and, personally, it works as an excellent arrangement. Evan has prepared workout plans for me at regular intervals and these are reviewed to take into account personal circumstances. During lockdown he has provided me with a plan that utilises the limited equipment I have at home and we chat/text on a weekly basis to review progress. Being retired, my goals are mainly related to weight management and general wellbeing so I find Evan’s relaxed approach works great and doesn’t place me under any undue pressure. Face to face sessions work well for me too as we get on with the work but the chat is less fitness and more general which I find just the right mix. Would certainly recommend Evan to anyone looking to establish a structured workout regime.

Evan is always really encouraging, he will work you really hard to attain your goals, I have lost weight, greatly increased my fitness levels, he's even got this old lady completing tough mudders!!!
